Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 500 g pizza base
  • 200 g tomato pizza sauce
  • 250 g cooked ham
  • 250 g pineapple
  • 200 g mozzarella

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan/425°F), or the temperature recommended on the pizza-base packaging. Place two ready-made 30 cm (12-inch) pizza bases, approximately 250 g each, on two baking trays.

  2. 2

Peel, core and cut the pineapple into small chunks, then measure out 250 g. Pat dry with paper towels if needed. Cut the fully cooked, ready-to-eat ham into bite-sized pieces and grate the mozzarella.

  3. 3

Spread half the tomato pizza sauce over each base, leaving a small border. Divide the mozzarella, ham and pineapple evenly between the pizzas, spreading the toppings out rather than piling them up.

  4. 4

Bake for 12–18 minutes, following the base packaging guidance and swapping the trays between shelves halfway through, until the bases are crisp, the edges are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbling.

  5. 5

Let stand for 2 minutes, then slice each pizza into four pieces. Serve two pieces per person. Refrigerate any leftovers within 2 hours.
