Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 160 g rolled oat
  • 1000 g plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 240 ml skim milk
  • 300 g frozen mixed berry
  • 32 g chia seed
  • 20 g honey

Instructions

  1. 1

Use frozen berries labeled suitable for eating without cooking. In a large bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, milk and honey until smooth.

  2. 2

Stir in the rolled oats and chia seeds, mixing thoroughly to disperse the seeds, then fold in the frozen berries. Divide evenly among four lidded containers.

  3. 3

Cover and refrigerate at 4°C / 40°F or colder for 8–12 hours overnight, until the oats soften and the berries thaw. This passive chilling time is additional to the 10 minutes of active prep; no cooking is needed.

  4. 4

Stir each portion before serving cold. Keep covered and refrigerated, and eat within 3 days.
