- 2 cups black beans
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 can canned diced tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
