Ingredients

  • 2 sweet potato
  • 2 can canned tuna
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 green onion
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Peel and cube the sweet potatoes. Boil them in a pot of water for about 15 minutes, or until tender.

    Drain the sweet potatoes and mash them in a large bowl.

    Drain the canned tuna and add it to the mashed sweet potatoes.
