Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 600 g shrimp
  • 400 g broccoli florets
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4 green onions
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions

  1. 1

Clean and devein the shrimp, pat dry with paper towels, and set aside.

  2. 2

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, ground ginger, red pepper flakes, cornstarch, and water to make the sauce.

  3. 3

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  4. 4

Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to pink up, then remove them from the skillet and set aside.

  5. 5

In the same skillet, add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until they are vibrant green and tender-crisp.

  6. 6

Return shrimp to the skillet, pour the sauce over the shrimp and broccoli, and toss to coat everything evenly. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

  7. 7

Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then garnish with chopped green onions.

  8. 8

    Serve immediately while hot.
