  • 4 cups edamame
  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 2 carrot
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch piece ginger
  • 2 green onion
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

    Cook the brown rice according to package instructions and set aside.
