  • 2 can canned tuna
  • 1 onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon butter

    Peel and slice sweet potatoes into thin rounds.

    Boil sweet potato slices in a pot of salted water for 10 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
