- 400 grams white fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons red curry paste
- 1 egg
- 50 grams green beans
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cucumber
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar (for relish)
- salt — to taste

Chop the white fish fillets into small pieces and place them in a food processor.

Add the red curry paste, egg, fish sauce, and sugar to the processor. Blend until smooth.
