- 4 cup baby spinach
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 can canned black beans
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 green onions

Chop the onion, red bell pepper, and green onions. Mince the garlic.
