- 1 can canned white beans
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 cups baby spinach

Peel and dice the sweet potatoes.
