Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 500 g chicken thigh
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. 1

Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

  2. 2

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, and water to create the stir-fry sauce.

  3. 3

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

  4. 4

Add chicken pieces to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, until they are no longer pink on the inside.

  5. 5

Add broccoli to the pan and stir-fry with the chicken for about 3 minutes until slightly tender.

  6. 6

Pour the stir-fry sauce over the chicken and broccoli, stirring to coat evenly.

  7. 7

Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and everything is cooked through.

  8. 8

Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry, give it a final stir, and serve immediately with the cooked rice.
