Ingredients

  • 600 g shrimp
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 200 g spinach
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 2 tbsp parsley

Instructions

    Peel and devein the shrimp, and set aside.

    In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.

    Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

    Add shrimp to the pot, cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked through.

    Remove shrimp from pot and set aside.

    In the same pot, add chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.

    Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
