- 100 g butter
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 egg yolk
- 2 clove garlic
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp dried thyme

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pat the racks of lamb dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and black pepper.
