Ingredients

  • 400 g paneer
  • 200 g spinach
  • 2 egg
  • 60 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Finely chop the onion and garlic.

    Grate or crumble the paneer into a mixing bowl.

    Roughly chop the spinach and add it to the bowl with the paneer.

    Add the chopped onion, garlic, eggs, and flour to the bowl.

    Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste, then stir until well combined.

    Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
