- 10 g cilantro
- 50 g all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 100 g panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice the tilapia fillets into strips about 2 cm wide. Pat dry with paper towels.
- 3
In a shallow dish, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Drizzle olive oil over the fish strips. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
