Ingredients

  • 4 can canned tuna in water
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 green onion
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions

    Drain the canned tuna and set aside.

    Slice the zucchini and red bell pepper into thin strips.

    Mince the garlic and ginger, and chop the green onions.
