- 2 potato
- 1 onion
- 14.5 oz canned diced tomatoes
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt

- 4 cup water

Rinse the red lentils under cold water and set aside.
