Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 2 cups white rice
  • 2 carrot
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 egg
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions

  1. 1

Cook the white rice according to the package instructions and set aside.

Dice the carrot and onion, and mince the garlic cloves.

  3. 3

In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

  4. 4
