  • 600 gram firm tofu
  • 200 gram rice noodles
  • 200 gram spinach
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 4 green onion
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions

  1. 1

Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into small cubes.

  2. 2

Cook rice noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

  3. 3

Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

  4. 4

Add minced garlic and chopped green onions to the pan, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
