Ingredients

- 600 g chicken breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 800 g canned white beans
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 120 ml chicken broth
Instructions

Dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper.

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked through and golden brown, stirring occasionally. Remove from pan and set aside.
