- 4 cup frozen edamame
- 1 pound gnocchi
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 stalks green onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 cup baby spinach

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add gnocchi and cook for 2-3 minutes until they float to the top. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Add minced garlic and sliced green onions, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
