- 1 15 oz can black beans
- 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 cup water

Drain and flake the canned salmon, removing any large bones if desired.
