- 2 zucchini
- 2 egg
- 50 grams all-purpose flour
- 2 green onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
