- 400 g pasta
- 400 g canned diced tomatoes
- 200 g frozen spinach
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.

While the pasta cooks, dice the onion and mince the garlic.

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until the onion is translucent.
