- 2 cups water
- 1 cup canned black beans
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 cup sweet corn
- 1 lime
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup cilantro

Rinse the quinoa under cold water and combine it with 2 cups of water in a pot.
