- 500 g chicken thigh
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 30 g honey
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- 200 g brown rice
- 200 g broccoli
- 200 g carrot
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 spring onion

Rinse the brown rice and cook according to package instructions.
