  • 2 cups edamame
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds and membranes.

    Place bell peppers in a baking dish standing upright and brush them lightly with olive oil.
