  • 1 cup canned white beans
  • 0.5 cup black olives
  • 1 cup cherry tomato
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 2 tablespoon parsley
