Ingredients

- 2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup dried lentils
- 4 cup spinach
- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 5 cup water
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste

Rinse the lentils under cold water and set aside.

In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.

Chop the onion and mince the garlic, then add them to the pot. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.

Add the cumin and paprika, stirring for another minute until fragrant.
