  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    Grease a muffin tin lightly with oil or nonstick spray.

    In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

    Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out excess water using a clean towel.
