- black pepper — to taste
- 100 g butter
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 2 tbsp honey
- 200 g mixed berries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g baby spinach
