- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 3 clove garlic
- 2 carrot
- 2 stalk celery
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 4 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 400 g canned diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste

Dice the tempeh into small cubes.
