  • 200 g canned sardines in oil
  • 4 slices whole-grain bread
  • 2 tomato
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions

    Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
