- 2 cup brown rice
- 2 cup frozen broccoli florets
- 1 red onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
