Ingredients

- 600 g salmon fillet
- 1 can black beans
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 red onion
- 30 g fresh cilantro
- salt — to taste
- pepper — to taste
- 1 avocado

Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F).

Rinse and drain the canned black beans.

Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with foil. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Bake the salmon in the oven for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and flaky.

While the salmon bakes, heat the black beans in a small pan on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
