- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons flaxseeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon stevia
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a small saucepan, melt the almond butter and coconut oil over low heat until smooth and well combined.
