Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon stevia
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

    In a small saucepan, melt the almond butter and coconut oil over low heat until smooth and well combined.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, mixed nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and flaxseeds.
