Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 12 dinner roll
- 12 ounce deli ham
- 6 ounce Swiss cheese
- 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon poppy seed
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- 1
Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Keeping the rolls connected if possible, slice them horizontally into one bottom layer and one top layer. Place the bottom layer in the dish.
- 2
Arrange the ham evenly over the roll bottoms, folding the slices to fit. Cover with the Swiss cheese, then replace the roll tops.
- 3
Melt the butter in a small microwave-safe bowl. Stir in the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds and ½ teaspoon onion powder. Spoon evenly over the rolls, spreading the mixture across the tops and into the seams.
- 4
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden. Cut into 12 sliders and serve 3 per person.
