  • 1 14-ounce can canned diced tomatoes

  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
