  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 carrot

  • black pepper — to taste
  • 2 cup rice

Instructions

  1. 1

Cook rice according to package instructions.

  2. 2

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch; set aside.

  4. 4

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
