  • 4 can canned tuna
  • 4 red bell pepper
  • 4 green bell pepper
  • 120 gram cream cheese
  • 60 gram mayonnaise
  • 100 gram cherry tomatoes
  • 3 green onion
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Halve the bell peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.

    Brush the cut sides of the peppers with olive oil and place them cut side up on a baking sheet.
