- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1/4 cup black olives
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
