- 12 corn tortilla
- 3 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 cups canned tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
