  • 2 cans canned tuna
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 green onion
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 4 cups cooked rice

Instructions
