- 200 g spinach
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 50 g parmesan cheese

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
