Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 200 g rolled oats
  • 800 g plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 64 g peanut butter
  • 240 ml low-fat milk
  • 2 banana

Instructions

  1. 1

In a mixing bowl, stir the Greek yogurt, peanut butter and milk until evenly combined. Stir in the rolled oats.

  2. 2

Divide equally among 4 lidded containers. Cover and refrigerate at 4°C/40°F or below for 8–12 hours, until the oats are softened. This passive overnight chilling is additional to the 10 minutes of active preparation; no cooking is needed.

  3. 3

When ready to serve, stir the oats. Peel and slice the 2 medium bananas, then top each portion with half a banana. Serve cold.
