- 2 cup broccoli
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 2 green onion
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste

Wash and chop the broccoli into small florets, slice the red bell pepper and carrot into thin strips, and chop the green onions.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
