- 2 sweet potato
- 2 cups black beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 cups canned diced tomatoes
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
Instructions

Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.

Drain and rinse the black beans.

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Add them to the pot and sauté until the onion is translucent.
