Ingredients

  • 600 g cod fillet
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions

    Cut the cauliflower into florets, steam until tender, about 8 minutes.

    While cauliflower is steaming, mince garlic and chop parsley.
