- 1 cup frozen corn
- 2 eggs

- 2 green onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin

- 1 lime
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup cilantro

Rinse and drain the black beans. In a large bowl, mash the black beans lightly with a fork.
