  • 8 ounces tempeh
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 2 green onions

Instructions

    Crumble the tempeh into small pieces using your hands or a fork.
